Lot Details
Model S, 2 door cabriolet 211 cubic inch engine. 3 speed transmission with tall diff for long straight roads. Top speed of 70 mph when new. This car was restored in the 90s from a very original car and is well known throughout NZ. Hupmobile in the 30s was a highly stylish and expensive car. American built with an all steel body, dual side mounts, spot lights, trunk on the back and dual mirrors making this vintage cabriolet a very motorable and usable vintage car. This car has just come back from the Irishman rally in June, in the South Island having been driven down and back without any trouble. A well sorted and comfortable car to drive. A very rare and desirable vintage car that turns heads. Sold with a current wof and rego ready to drive and enjoy.
