Lot Details
Beautifully presented Bentley R type in Silver and Blue. Front seats need recovering to make this car mint again. 4.6 litre inline 6 cylinder engine with floor change 4 speed transmission. The R type is the successor to the Mark VI but with a much larger boot space. Independent front coil spring suspension and live rear axle with semi elliptic springs makes this car drive like a dream. Only 2323 R types were made, making this a very rare classic. Top speed of 100 mph when new. Restored by the previous owner and well maintained.
