Circa 1950s–1960s. A rare and highly unusual Velocette LE motorcycle presented in distinctive military-style trim, complete with pannier bag, rear rack, and helmet. Known affectionately as the “Noddy Bike,” the LE was produced in England by Velocette and became famous for its use by British police forces thanks to its quiet-running water-cooled flat-twin engine and enclosed bodywork.
